Town Hall Meeting by Kane Kessler

As 2021 approaches, we would like to review with Hotels the various contractual, operational and legal issues that may arise including, but not limited to:

Coronavirus Safety Protocol Agreement (“CSP”) and related agreements;
Payout and carryover of employees’ sick days, holidays, and vacation days;
Employee bumping rights;
Severance pay;
Key operational and legal liability issues.
Accordingly, we will be conducting a Town Hall meeting for Association Labor Members and Bargaining Group Hotels on December 7, 2020 at 2:00pm. The Town Hall will be conducted via Zoom, the details of which will be provided upon each Hotel’s rsvp.
