We will be covering a lot of material – including an update on the NYC Severance Law, health and safety issues under the New York Hero Act, Key to NYC, the anticipated Biden Administration OSHA rules and the CSP Agreement with the Hotel Trades Council. The meeting will also address labor relations matters related to scheduling, overtime and seniority, particularly as more employees are recalled to work. We will also report on recent decisions from the Office of the Impartial Chairperson, litigation trends and other matters of interest.
This meeting will be in-person only – there will not be a Zoom option. You must provide proof of vaccination to attend the meeting.
