COVID-19 Litigation Town Hall

The arrival of the COVID-19 vaccines has certainly given hope that the pandemic will soon end. Despite that prospect, filings with the Courts, EEOC and other federal, state and local agencies make it clear that COVID-19 employment litigation will not abate. Accordingly, we think it is important for you to be aware of these developments and other potential legal issues that may arise, particularly as businesses seek to re-open and employers call employees back to work. 

 

Therefore, we will be conducting a Town Hall regarding COVID litigation on March 22, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. via Zoom, the details of which will be provided upon each Hotel’s RSVP.
