On Wednesday, December 15th, the NYC Commissioner of Health and Mental Hygiene issued an Order requiring workers in covered businesses to provide their employers with proof of vaccination against Covid-19 unless the worker qualifies for an exception due to a religious or medical accommodation or the worker enters the workplace for only a quick and limited purpose.
