The City of Vancouver is investigating the operation of 17 short-term rental units in a Kitsilano apartment block. There are 17 Airbnb listings in the New York Apartments at 2341 York Ave. near Kitsilano Beach. The two-storey building has 29 units, according to its owner, and is zoned as a medium-density residential development….
