A proposed Metro ordinance would give more power to Nashville codes inspectors to enforce a new rule that requires Airbnb hosts have a permit in order to operate. And it would also ramp up the penalty for Nashvillians who illegally rent out their homes through Airbnb without obtaining a permit….
