As Nashville considers banning or placing a moratorium on certain short-term rental properties, much of the debate has been based on anecdotes. One side tells of wild parties terrorizing neighborhoods, and the other talks of wholesome, responsible homeowners supplementing their income through rental platforms like Airbnb.
