Village of Great Neck Estates officials are seeking to eliminate short-term rentals of village residences due to an increase in popularity of housing websites such Airbnb, which people use to exchange living accommodations for short periods of time. The proposed law, which was discussed in a public hearing at Monday’s Board of Trustees meeting, would prohibit homeowners from renting their homes for less than 60 days…
