Redondo Beach will soon crack down on property owners who illegally rent out their homes on Airbnb and other popular vacation rental websites. The City Council on Tuesday voted unanimously to keep short-term rentals outlawed and step up code enforcement rather than tax and regulate the growing industry, which has generated complaints from neighbors who say they now live next to nonstop party houses….
