Gov. Cuomo and state lawmakers have been deluged with more than 80,000 e-mails urging that they kill a bill that would impose fines of up to $7,500 for advertising short-term rentals on Airbnb. But Cuomo has given no indication if he’ll sign or veto the bill, which the Legislature passed in June….
