A state agency is warning Tennesseans to keep safety in mind when using increasingly popular home-sharing websites like Airbnb. The Tennessee Department of Commerce and Insurance has issued an advisory urging both homeowners and travelers to be careful when booking stays. “We urge Airbnb hosts and guests to never overlook safety at the expense of value and charm,” said State Fire Marshal and Commerce & Insurance Commissioner Julie Mix McPeak in a statement….
