Periodically throughout each year we hold collective bargaining agreement training sessions for new and experienced Human Resource Directors and their teams. Accordingly, we will be conducting a session on key principles and common issues which H.R. Directors confront under the IWA, Division A and GRIWA Collective Bargaining Agreements. In this training we will be addressing the key provisions of the CBAs, as well as focusing on union visitation rights, making changes in your operations, and insubordination.
