Jennifer Jones, Senior Vice President, Advisors Business Development, is a leader in digital transformation within the retail and commerce industries. She is focused on data driven decision making and developing new revenue models within digital channels. Ms. Jones currently leads the North America Business Development team within the Data and Services organization of Mastercard. Her team is responsible for global revenue growth and profitability across Mastercard’s suite of data and insights products including loyalty and personalization solutions for merchants, fintechs, and digital partners. 

Bugsy Chiu is Business Development Manager at Hotstats. Hotstats provide monthly P&L benchmarking & market Insight for the hotel industry. Collecting monthly detailed financial data from hotels worldwide from over 100 brands and independent hotels, Hotstats provide over 550 different KPIs covering all operating revenues, payroll, expenses, cost of sales, and ultimately departmental and total hotel profitability.
