On Monday, April 27, 2020, at 3:00 p.m. our Labor and Employment Law Department will hold a virtual town hall via BlueJeans to discuss labor and employment issues amid the COVID-19 pandemic crisis. The agenda is as follows:
 
1.    New York State COVID-19 paid leave law,
2.    Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA),
3.    Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security Act (CARES Act),
4.    The impact of COVID-19 on paid family leave, New York’s disability leave laws and unemployment benefits,
5.    New York City’s safe and sick time law and COVID-19,
6.    Human Rights Laws related to COVID-19, and
7.    Worker’s Compensation and OSHA laws related to COVID-19.
