The winners of this year’s HANYC Scholarship Awards were recognized at a reception on June 27th.
The Association awarded four scholarships of $10,000 each to the following winners:
Alexandra Chase, whose father, David Chase, is the Managing Director of the Omni Berkshire Place;
Mimi Laws, whose father, Randolph Laws, is a Front Office Manager at Hudson Hotel;
Karen Prangan, whose father, Edward Prangan, is a Housekeeping Manager at the Wyndham New Yorker; and
Abner Withers, III, whose father, Abner Withers, is the General Manager at the Courtyard by Marriott Long Island City
