The Hotel Association of New York City, Inc. will be hosting a reception in recognition of this year’s recipients of the HANYC Scholarship Awards Program.

The reception will take place on Wednesday, July 1, 2015 at 2:30pm at the Hotel Association of New York City, Inc., 320 Park Avenue, 22nd Floor.

The HANYC Scholarship Awards Program for the year 2015 will award two four year scholarships of $2,500.00 per year for the school term beginning in September 2015.

Each year, the Hotel Association of New York City, Inc. awards two four-year scholarships of $2,500.00 per year for the school term beginning in September.

To be eligible to participate in this program, one must currently be a high school senior who is planning to attend an accredited four year College/University in the fall and is the son/daughter/legal ward of an employee currently employed in a Non-Union Managerial/Administrative capacity in a member property of the Association.

The employee must also have a minimum total of five (5) year’s work experience in member properties of the Hotel Associate of New York City, Inc. Scholarship winners must be in good standing at the College/University, with enrollment verification each semester supplied to the Association, in order to receive the yearly scholarship.
