Airbnb listings in Vancouver condos continue to raise concern among some homeowners and renters. Vancouver resident Diane Felske was shocked when she sold her one-bedroom Olympic Village apartment this summer, only to find it listed on Airbnb weeks later. Felske said she would not have sold her apartment to the buyers if she knew they would make a Airbnb business out of it. When homeowners can make more money listing their property on Airbnb than renting it out, tenants are left with few options she said. “I’m just feeling very frustrated as a renter who makes an average wage living in the city.”…
