On Tuesday, December 1, 2026 at 2:00pm, we will host a webinar on employee leave laws and workplace accommodations.
The webinar will cover the interplay between federal, state and local leave and workplace accommodation laws as well as leave provisions under the collective bargaining agreements. Please note: we are scheduling this seminar to run for two hours. As you know, leave and accommodation laws are complicated and there is a breadth of information, so we will focus on the issues and laws that we see Hotels regularly face. There will be a particular focus on handling and addressing FMLA leave and disability accommodation requests under NYC and New York State law. We want to have a thoughtful and productive discussion and to that end, if there is a particular issue that your property has been dealing with, please email us your question in advance so that we have time to review and consider before we address it at the seminar.
