We will be holding a Human Resources Director meeting on Monday, January 13, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. at the New Yorker Hotel. The meeting will be held in the Chrystal Room.
We intend to report on recent developments involving the Union and at the Office of the Impartial Chairperson. We will focus on common issues that Hotels are facing with the Union involving technology, health and safety, overtime, and changes in operations.
Additionally, in the upcoming weeks we will hold a meeting with all Hotels via zoom (date to be determined and announced soon) to address Employer obligations and the common issues Hotels regularly face under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and other leave laws.
