Throughout the past couple of years, we have seen the Union steadily file a significant number of both disciplinary and contractual grievances. With this trend we feel it would be helpful for us to hold an intensive investigation workshop for all Human Resource Directors and their teams. This workshop will focus solely on how to conduct a fair and thorough investigation and the next steps following the conclusion of the investigation. This workshop will be held via Zoom webinar on:
