Two New York City lawmakers hope to move a bill that prohibits the marketing of illegal short-term rentals on Airbnb and other sites before the legislative session ends Thursday. The bill, the first of its kind, would ban advertisements for home sharing in multifamily buildings for less than 30 days and impose a $7,500 fine for multiple violations. – NY Daily News….
