We will be conducting a Town Hall for Hotel Association of New York City, Inc. Members to assist you in evaluating or defending the increase in labor and employment litigation, in the courts and in the agencies, surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic on Friday, September 25, 2020 at 11:30 a.m. The meeting will be held via Zoom, details of which will be provided upon each Hotel’s rsvp.  
 
The agenda is as follows:

2.    Wage and hour lawsuits, including Work From Home FLSA issues
3.    OSHA/Worker’s Compensation Litigation
4.    Employee COVID-19 Discrimination Claims
5.    FFCRA Litigation
