Breakfast with Assemblywoman Linda Rosenthal

HANYC is privileged to feature Assemblywoman Linda Rosenthal (NY District 67 – Hell’s Kitchen, Clinton and Upper West Side) for a presentation and Q&A on January 6th at 8:30 a.m. at our offices located at 34 East 51st Street, 7th floor. The Assemblywoman has been a stalwart and unrelenting supporter of efforts to curb illegal hotels in NYC. Her initiatives in this area include a bill in 2017 that required all hosts to list their full address on any listing. She is currently the main sponsor of a bill in the New York State Assembly that will compel Airbnb and other Short Term Rental platforms to disclose data similar to Local Law 146, which is being litigated in Federal Court.
